What information do we collect and How do we use it?
New Member Registration In a few areas on our Web site, we ask you to provide information that will enable us to enhance your site visit. It is completely optional for you to participate.

In each of the instances above, we may ask for your user name, real name, company, homepage, e-mail address, phone number, address, type of business, customer preference information, AIM/AOL ID, Yahoo ID, ICQ ID, MSN ID, as well as other similar personal information that is needed to register or subscribe you to services or offers. If we ever ask for significantly different information we will inform you. In the case of newsletters or mailing lists, you will be able to "unsubscribe" to these mailings at any time.
If an on-line payment is made, we collect the payment amount, transaction number, and date of payment. This is provided to us by our credit card processor(s). This information is used to reconcile account fees and provide a "paper trail" for audit purposes.
Submitting a Complaint Our process collects the information needed for investigation, type of violation reported, several questions regarding contacting the accused (yes/no questions), explanation (text) of complaint, resolution type (text), contact information (name and e-mail), and a question asking if we can disclose your name if necessary. We keep all investigations private. If the person making the complaint offers to disclose their name, we will only do so if absolutely necessary. Under no circumstances will a person's name or e-mail be disclosed without their prior authorization. Complaint forms are kept in our database for one-year. Backups are held indefinitely.
Feedback We use a web-based form to provide a method of communication between the on-line community and our helpdesk. Information derived from these forms may be used in future FAQ pages or for training purposes. We will not disclose the name or e-mail address of the sender under any circumstance, nor are these fields required. Feedback forms may be removed at any time, backups are held indefinitely.
Third-Party Advertisements & Enhancements Occasionally we invite advertisers to display their banners and/or advertisements on our site. When -- and if -- an advertiser requires personal information such as your IP address it will be explained here. Currently, we do not host banners that collect information.
We employ a simple stats database that collects information automatically provided by your web browser. It keeps a general log containing the date/time, IP address, and referring web-page for selected pages on our site. The information is used to help us determine if problems exist in navigation and to get an idea of where people are being referred from. Each entry is automatically removed after six months. There is no backup performed on this database.
Login Page Members of NCManage.com must type their user name and password to gain access to certain features of our site. This information is automatically removed when the user logs off, or deletes the cookie from their system by other means. No backups are available for this form. However visitors, as well as members, may still access our site anonymously, but may not be able to use certain features, such as, although not limited to, posting messages, etc.
Financial Information We use our own merchant center through Authorize.net for payment processing. We normally process all information manually through their Virtual Terminal to aid in the prevention of fraudulent orders. Cookies Cookies are only used to keep track of log-in names and passwords. A members user name maybe automatically logged in when they revisit the site and they do not have to reenter profile information. This is to keep track of preferences and to better tailor the site to the visitor's needs while providing the most effective service to our clients and visitors. Information such as IP address, internal session ID, user's ISP host, type of Internet browser are collected and used only for traffic auditing and analyzing trends or to protect our site from malcious users.
IP Addresses We use IP Addresses for statistical and system administration purposes. IP addresses are logged to track a users session as well as for fraud risk for billing. As a rule, we do not link IP addresses with any personal identifiable information except for that to aid in the prevention of fraud. We can, however, use IP addresses to identify malicious users or to protect our site.
Anti-Spam Policy
It is a requirement for membership that we refrain from the practice of sending unsolicited bulk mail. People who provide us with their e-mail address can rest assure that we will not distribute their address to any third-party source without first obtaining permission to do so. HollyRidge Computer & Web Services may send targeted mail for the purposes of site awareness. Any such mail will include a simple opt-out link that will remove an e-mail address from future mailings.
Who do we share information with
HollyRidge Computer & Web Services will not disclose, sell, share, trade, or rent your personal information to anyone unless you specifically give us your consent, or if required by law. We may, however, disclose information anonymously when it is necessary to process a complaint AND we are not permitted to use an actual name.
We are unable to control the activities of our advertiser(s) or commerce partner(s). Questions pertaining to these policies should be handled on their specific web-site.

Any member organization may access their personal information on-line. Additional changes can be made by sending an e-mail or postal mail to the addresses at the bottom of this statement. Information pertaining to complaint changes must be submitted in writing.
To protect your privacy and security, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making changes or corrections to any of your personal identifiable information.

We reserve the right to make changes to our policy(s) at any time with or without notice. However if our policy changes concerning the collection and/or distribution of your personal information we will notify you via e-mail and offer the choice to update or remove your personal information.
