Q: What is this HollyRidge Computer & Web Services? I thought this was NCManage.com.
A: Our primary company is HollyRidge Computer & Web Services. We provide a very broad range of services and sales so we have our business sites broken down into various sites to make it more user friendly so that it isnt so overwhelming to our visitors.
Q: What type of payments do you accept?
A: We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Check, and Money Order. We also accept cash from walk-ins (Please do not send cash through the mail!).
Q: I sent you payment but I haven't heard anything from you. What's going on?
A: This could be a variety of things. Please allow us at least 24 hours to get back with you. If you have not heard anything with in that time frame please contact us through our "Contact Us" form and let us know you purchased a package from us but haven't heard anything back yet.
Q: Do you accept donations?
A: Yes we accept donations through Paypal, Check, and Money Order. For Paypal please use sales@ncmanage.com for the email address. If you wish to send via Payal but do not have a Paypal account please

Q: Why is my order being declined because of my email account?
A: We do not accept orders that use a free-type email account such as but not limited to hotmail, yahoo, etc.. If you submit an order using a free-type email account your order will be declined by our fraud risk department. We apologize for this however this increases the fraud risk involved. Also if you look at a lot of other companies they also will not accept free-type email accounts for the same reason.
If we purchase from you, are we purchasing the download, install, or both?
We offer services only. Most of the files are freely available from various places on the internet and are GPL licenced. Most of them were are also not our programs. Under terms of GPL licensing as well as the terms we can not charge for programs. When you buy from us you are buying the labor service only.
